The email I have my pc and lived linked to is an old email when i first got xbox live...I need to change that.Comment

So we will be able to just use the account recovery to get our live account back? I have been holding off trading in my xbox because I have my account info on it. If i delete it off my xbox and trade it in will someone else be able to just do an account recovery and get my information off my xbox? If info would be great.Comment
