Re: Microsoft Plug and Play kit....
I just bought a plug and play kit tonight..so I can plug it up into my USB port on the PC and charge my controller overnight?
Does it seem to work well, everyone like it, or what?
Also, how do I know how much power my wireless has?
ThanksComment

Dookie when you press the guide button, in the upper left hand corner of the screen, it gives you a gauge for your battery. Looks just like the one used on cell phones.Originally posted by DookieMowfAlso, how do I know how much power my wireless has?

Re: Microsoft Plug and Play kit....
Here's a note from Major Nelson's blogcast for anyone interested. If you play the play and charge kit in before turning off your 360, it will charge overnight. Just make sure the red light is still on even after powering down the system.Comment

Re: Microsoft Plug and Play kit....
yeah it dos work, sweet. The only think is, I still sounds like the system is running, All the light are off. like it's power off, but I still hear like its running. Will this hurt the system in any way, I'got my battery chargeing right now, I just don't want anything to happen.Originally posted by gr8fuldaveHere's a note from Major Nelson's blogcast for anyone interested. nevermind, system went off and so did red light, so I don't believe you can charge the controller when the system is off. Oh well.N.Y Mets

Re: Microsoft Plug and Play kit....
One thing I can't figure out is the very low amount of battery juice I've lost based on the "fuel gauge" battery icon on the dashboard. I'd venture to say that on both controllers, one powered by regular batteries, the other by the battery pack, I've used ONE FIFTH, at the most ONE FOURTH, of my battery power. That shouldn't be accurate, considering one charge is supoosed to be good for 35-40 hours of play.Comment

Re: Microsoft Plug and Play kit....
thats what i did when I first got, since the first time I did that, I have this problem when I turn off my 360, my controller will light up again, I thought that was because I used my PC, I thought my PC causeed this issue. Anyway when you plug it in your PC do you get the message new hardware found, I just cancell out of it, do you do the same?Originally posted by fishepaYou know you can plug it into your PC and it will charge right?N.Y Mets
