    360 prop-blame-o!!

    had my system since launch,i have a core system,but have but a harddrive on it,and network adaptor.I also have an hdtv and the settings are on 1080i.Went to play nba2k6,and it froze yet agian.then tryed to turn it back on then got the red lights around the power ring.then i unpluged everything took the hardrive off and tryed to reboot it,worked for a minute then it froze.then i got the red lights agian.I have purchased a warrenty from best buy,but i do no longer have the actual recipt for it and i no longer have the box,so if i could take it back there i would but dont know if they'd exept it....what should i do??

    They should have you on file at Best Buy, I would try it anyway, you paid for it, so you should get a new one.

      Yeah, like EG said they should have you on file...should just have to give nam,e, phone number or address and provide some ID.

          They will have you on file. They have all of your warrenties listed under your name.

            No worries about losing your receipt. They got your info. Ive just heard horror stories about BB's return policies even with warranties. My sister in law and my boss at 2 different BB locations in Austin, 2 different products both had alot of difficulty trying to get BB to honor their plans.
