Ok, so I just got a new 360 after exchanging my old one. The new system was going good except for a few freezes, but I didn't worry about it. But a few days ago I tried playing my Ipod on it.
I know that Microsoft has the update on the Marketplace for the Ipod, which I already had on my hard drive. I went to play my music and the system told me that I had to download the update. So I tried, but it told me that the download failed. I figured I had to erase the old save and download it again, which I did.
It still said the download failed, but when I looked at the hard drive, it was there. I repeated this process to no avail.
I just exchanged the system again for a new one today, and I have the same problem. I called Microsoft and they said there was nothing that I could do except convert all my songs.
So, does anyone know what I can do except for converting my songs? What could cause the download to not work?
