    Z.O.E 2 and Tenchu Demos

Both Demos were in my Playstation Magazine. I've been waiting a long time for both of these games to come out. These are not final builds of the games, but they were fun to take a look at. I played through both demos once and here are my inital impressions.

    Z.O.E 2:

Very nice to look at. It looks like a Japanese Cartoon rather than a game. You can tell this game was made by the same guy that mad MGS, because there are some long cut scenes. It's not bad though, if you're into story telling. To me, it plays like the first ZOE except there is more going on. There are attack planes that swarm and there are the Raptors that come out and fight. The demo did let me fight a "boss" I lost, so I don't know what happens after that. I will definatly be getting this game when it comes out. I was a fan of the first one, so take my opinions with a grain of salt.

    Tenchu:
I hope this gets better when the final build comes out. I was really hoping this game would be great. I had a lot of problems with the camera view. The camera moves a lot and is kind of hard to get your barings sometimes. Really this game is the same Tenchu, but with better graphics. I wouldn't say the graphics were that great (I've seen better), but they are not butt ugly. Basically creep up from behind a guy and cut his throat. If someone sees you, either run away or go kill the guy. If you have played Splinter Cell, then you will know the difference in the stealth factor. Not having to worry about light or sound makes creeping so much easier. I'm sure if I keep playing it I will like it more, but as of right now, this game will be a rental.
