I give Take 2 credit, their hounds are good. Found a trailer that was named something completely different, had no references to the trailer, and still got removed. LOL

Re: L.A. Noire (PS3/360)
That all looks cool and all but aren't those all just CGI style clips? It'll be interesting to see what the actual gameplay graphics look like but i suppose we are still to far off for that. The only thing I know is that I'm buying this day one.Comment

Re: L.A. Noire (PS3/360)
I'll believe it when i see it in the final product. Can't in game footage mean anything? I mean cut scenes are "in" the game?
I have no reason to doubt Rockstar, they are my favourite game maker on the planet but i fail to see how some of those shots are even possible without it being a cut scene.Comment

Rockstar games have always had in-game footage in their trailers, and it has never looked worse when you play the game. Their cutscenes are the same as the game engine.I'll believe it when i see it in the final product. Can't in game footage mean anything? I mean cut scenes are "in" the game?

Think back to trailers for GTA IV and its expansions, and Red Dead. The trailers are all just footage pulled straight from the game.Comment

Re: L.A. Noire (PS3/360)
And from what I've read, Rockstar will place customized cameras in gameplay scenes just to use that footage for cinematic purposes like a trailer."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace
