Re: Call Of Duty for PC
God, this is LAME. I finally got it downloaded, now it says there is an error trying to load the OpenGL file. I have a fairly new Dell, and almost every game we have won't work since our computer crashed. BTW, I have an NVIDIA card.
Can anyone please help?Comment

Re: Call Of Duty for PC
Well, I figure out what was wrong, I had to reinstall our video drivers from the last time our computer crashed. So, I got those reinstalled, and the game finally booted up.
This is the BEST DAMN WAR GAME YOU WILL PLAY! The demo itself is ABSOLUTELY unbelievable. This is a totally different game than the rest, where you actually have to use squad based tactics with the AI (which are actually very smart). I was left for dead rounding a corner while reloading when I ran into a German who sighted me up, ready to shoot, when one of my mates comes in behind me and blasts him right in front of my eyes. I've never seen that in any Medal of Honor or Battlefield game. It was awesome.
This game also pays a LOAD of attention to detail. When I got to close to an explosion, my hearing became muffed and my vision was partially blurred. It made the game seem ultra realistic and believable. They also have a WIDE selection of weapons to use.
Well, there's a ton more to be said about the demo, but I won't, as I will save the rest for anyone else who downloads it. Trust me, IT IS WORTH YOUR TIME. I have PLENTY reason to believe that this game will be a GOTY contended if the full version is nearly as good as the demo, which there is no reason for it not to beComment
