Just got the 20€ Skyrim Legendary Edition on Steam... Couldn't resist, I'll enjoy playing it one more time.

I got inspired and fired up Skyrim again on my PC... went mod hunting and now my Skyrim looks like this... and my friends ask me WHY I play it on PC and not on Xbox or PS3 lol.

I just got a Conan the Barbarian DLC pack.. going on a quest to solve the riddle of steel and get that badass sword from the movie... ooooh yeah!

Those screens are beautiful and do every bit of justice showing exactly why you play on PC and not console. Good show!

Making me want to fire up the PC and play some Skyrim!

Do it!!!!! I would fire it back up and then start mod hunting. Obviously the Skyrim Nexus site and their Nexus Mod Manager makes installing mods EASY. You just have to pay attention to the notes on some of them. For example, all the females now have curves and boobs and a really nice rear end.. also they have smoother faces and much better hair.. but when I'm looking at female armor mods, I just have to make sure the mod is compatible with some other mods I'm using, and the devs for each mod are really good about telling you weather or not it will work with some stuff you already have.

Now the beauty in my landscapes come from two mods. I have the 2k High Rest texture packages running which literally bumps up the textures on everything... and then I'm running the ENB Somber mod. There's a bunch of different ENB pre-sets but this has to be my favorite.. it makes my skyrim world look like I'm playing in a movie.. hence why my outdoor screen shots look "instagrammed".. well they are not.. no photoshop trickery... thats what my living breathing world looks like in game now and I don't even have all of my native Skyrim graphics settings maxed out

I'm actually starting a NEW build tonight.. and going to play on Master or Legendary. I need a challenge but I have a pretty badass follower with me now too

            I hate you guys.

I saw this thread pop back up and played for a little bit, now I'm addicted. I still haven't touched any of the DLC except for Hearthfire, and I only have one of those built.

HAHA. Don't feel bad. I cant get a character past lvl 20 because I keep reading about other cool builds to play and I get all inspired and re-roll. Right now I'm rolling with this build.

It's insane.. I'm basically a plate wearing warrior with stunted magicka. I took these two potions you have to make and took the Antrinoch stone right after so it gives a permanent effect. I will eventually achieve 100% magic absorption but I will never regenrate magicka on my own. It sounds crazy but read up on the build.. I can lay out frost devistation all around me..and if I walk into a dungeon full of mages all they do is make me stronger BAWHAHAHAHA *evil laugh*

I'm level 38 right now, after countless characters I just decided to make one and just use as many different skills as possible. I got heavy armor right now but eventually will switch to light, sneak, etc. just to see how high of a level I can get.

I hate it that Bethesda is putting their time into ESO instead of VI. I think Online will be a bust on consoles.

Ive been thinking about it. I've already got all my mods and ENB's setup and ready to go where i left off. I just know if I start, I won't stop lol. And Ps4 seems to be consuming my gaming time these days.

I think it's worth exploring, EOS online.

I have an above average rig so I'm well aware of the benefits of PC. But I also have a ps4 and in total probably game about 50-50 between them.

With the wife, kids, work its not easy to game whenever anymore, so each has their own time and place.

Having said that I'm looking forward to having SOMETHING massive and RPG like (not starting the discussion of the classification) and EOS online for Ps4 has me very intrigued. And I'm really hoping it delivers.

I just don't think console folks want to spend the $15 a month on top of a full price $60

I thought Bethesda had nothing to do with the MMO. I swore I heard a completely different team was doing it.

But yeah I think this is gonna flop on consoles. They will have to spit out high quality new content too quickly to keep console guys paying that sub fee. Star Wars suffered a similar fate. F2P sooner rather than later imo.

That's mostly it for me. If it was free, I'd be ALL over it.

I'm pretty sure Bethesda is doing it... you may be right. And I can't justify 15 bucks a month on top of my XBL.

Forgot all about Fallout. Loved 3 but New Vegas was a let down IMO. Prefer TES over Fallout personally.
