I'm confused. A lot of those games you listed are pretty far off. From that particular list though, I chose Gears 3.

Uncharted 3.

Most value for the money. An action-adventure movielike SP + one of the best MP experience out there. Not to mention it will set a new standard for graphics and game play - again.

NOTE: I only have a PS3, so I might be biased.

Uncharted 3 hands down. Uncharted 2 was so good I wanna see how it can be topped.

In terms of newness, I'd go with L.A. Noire. In all honesty, I'd probably scoop Batman first. The games on that list really are great ones. You really can't go wrong with any of them. Personally though, Gears would be my last choice seeing that they're last on the totem pole in terms of immersion.

Edit: If you are hurting for cash and think that you have the gonads to wait for a few, I'd tell you to holler at Amazon or half.com and get them used about a month after the games come out. Probably get lucky and get 2 for around $60.......

Gamefly...$15/month. By the time you pay for 4 months (1 game) you could have played them all!

Never played any of those games really, prolly should check out some of those. For me it's Elder scrolls and SWTOR

Gamefly is great because I can keep a game or 2 that I wouldn't normally play over and over and not pay for it, and if it is something I want I'll just keep it and buy it from them for cheaper

This. Rockstar has not let me down yet with the quality that they make their games in.

Other for Mass Effect 3. Awesome story, characters and gameplay. I have to see how it ends.
