Need For Speed Underground looks good, but like Secret Weapons over Normandy, it doesn't have Xbox Live support because it's an Electronic Arts title.

Project Gotham Racing 2 is a GREAT game, and it's XBL-enabled. So I think it should get the nod over Underground. You can't underestimate just how much fun racing online is.

I have Prince of Persia, it's amazing - definitely should go on the list. Other than that I'll say Ninja Gaiden, Project Gotham 2....and if XBOX Live isn't a huge factor, I'd go with SSX3 over Amped2.
