Still didn't get a chance to play my download was so slow hope to check it out when I get home. I should have another code from going to the E3 experience since my wife got one too. Not sure if there was a time limit to go to the website

You don't wanna start crucible mode(pvp) as a lvl 1-4 player.

Learned this the hard way. No wonder I was getting destroyed by guys just eating my bullets when I had the drop on them.

Side note, I made my dude look like Optimus Prime. That alone might make me buy this

Finished the strike mission on Earth. Holy crap was that hard. We were wiped on the first attempt by the big six legged mech (can't remember the name). We managed to kill it on the second try, but it took a good 15 to 20 minutes to take care of it along with all the waves of baddies. The Fallen Captains are a huge PITA.

The fight with Sepiks Prime wasn't as hard, but it was still difficult. I was only a level 6 and the two guys I teamed up with were level 8, but I managed to be 2nd in kills and also died the fewest times. You've really gotta pick your spots, as the mech can melt your face in one hit. You really gotta flank the enemies on this mission and take advantage of the numbers game.

This game is absolutely awesome.

I am at work and noticed I have a welcome message but I don't see a code. Does it come through email or in the welcome message? It says something about a welcome to first look alpha.

I got that message yesterday afternoon, but I didn't get an email with a code until a few hours later. I got home and tried to figure out how to download it from the message, but I never saw anything so I just entered my code.


I know there's not nearly the amount of people in the alpha that will be in retail, but I am surprised how smooth the game runs.

The game opens up once you hit level 5-7 and you start using the better weapons/armor.

And when I say open up, I mean in coop and competitive multiplayer. You don't wanna start crucible mode(pvp) as a lvl 1-4 player.

Oh that explains why I was getting destroyed.

After finally getting to play it for a bit this morning before going to work I've formed an opinion on it.

It is the best game of its genre/type that I've played to date. It is so polished and incredibly fun, it's amazing.

During lunch today I'll be pre-ordering this so I can play the beta as well. I'll be sinking endless hours into this. I had no idea this game was going to be so compelling.

I was running around with a friend this morning and he was explaining everything to me. So damn fun running around with a friend.

Can't wait to get off today so I can jump into this a bit more.

Got into crucible today and it's a lot fun. Which surprised me as I haven't enjoyed something like it since MW2. If this has a fun competitive side along with other stuff it certainly may be worth the $$.

Seeing health go down when you're shooting someone is an extremely underrated thing.

Very underrated, I really enjoy that feature.
