I bought the GOTY edition awhile back - happy to throw more money at CDPR.

Still puts a smile on my face when I opened up the game at launch to see it filled with goodies but more importantly, a thank you note. Who does that?

Incredible. Witcher 3 is one of my favorite games of all-time. I'm about to start the fourth book of the seven book series.

Update is out for Witcher 3 on PS4 Pro

It is 4K with increase in performance

XB1 getting same treatment on 11/07/17

Would this have any effect on a regular PS4? Idk if I changed my TV settings and didn't realize it but I feel like the game looks a lot smoother, now.

This is a PS4 Pro patch...The devs never said for ps4 as well. Just ps4 pro

I honestly don't know, but it seems like some people have said it can improve framerate on a standard PS4. If it looks smoother to you, then go with it.
