I bought the PS2 version today also. But help me understand this, even though I bought it for PS2 I can use it for XBOX also?

Definitely yes.. That is actually why I bought mine.
I downloaded a NCAA Football roster to my PC, transferred it to the Max Drive, then inserted the Max Drive into my XBox (or PS2, depending on system), and transferred the save.
It works wonderfully, and the fact that you can download a save, transfer it to the portable flash disc, and take wherever you want (other room, friends console, etc.) is great.

Definitely yes.. That is actually why I bought mine.
