So question for those who have played more...

I like the "over the shoulder" view when shooting, but I cannot figure out how to change shoulders. I have a right handed character but she keeps aiming off her left shoulder and it drives me nuts.

In the division I believe you clicked in one of the sticks but I tried that to no avail.

Nothing like being shot to death by drug lords when you're trying to change shoulders your gun is on like a douchebag.

Thanks for bringing my attention to this option it's a much more immersive way the play the game compared to the blurred iron sight view.
'R1' does the shoulder switch btw...

I feel like this game is trying to sanitize the blood dead bodies; The melee knocks the bad guys out instead of killing them and dead bodies dissapear very quickly. Still having a blast with the game though.

Played the beta. TBH I'm more interested in the story, cutscenes, audio logs than I am the game play or anything else. Its feels like a visualization of an actual Clancy novel. Not a day 1 purchase for me personally but I will get it when its on sale in a few weeks.

Think performance was a little better last night, but several times my entire computer would freeze for 4-5 seconds (Discord and everything). I was frequently our driver, and when it would happen they'd fly off a cliff and then rubber band back to where we were when I froze, lol.

Other than that, game is very pretty, ran great (usually close to 60fps on Very High).

Might be the first game that is pushing my CPU to the limit (i5-4690K), maybe time to overclock a little, trying to hold out for another year or so before upgrading.

Have you found that during gameplay your 6700k is at 95-100% usage? Mine is constantly in that range and maybe drops below 90% for 1 second every few minutes. My temps stay fine, thankfully, but I was very surprised to see the usage so high.

Man I just cannot get into this game. Strayed too far from their roots and tried to be like other games.

The terrible voice acting and shallow cutscenes do not help.

Huge disappointment for me.

I hope that the chatter between soldiers when you play solo is fixed. They always say the same stuff and sometimes never turns off when in the middle of action.

I also wish you were able to have hand commands like The Division. I wanna salute my guys after a good mission.

I'm enjoying it but I totally see your points, it's going to get crushed by reviewers. I'm still buying but will take a wait and see approach with the DLC.

This game definitely doesn't really deserve the Ghost Recon name from the pacing alone, but it is still some fun. It's something I'll get after release, probably when there is a sale because I've got too many games to play now.

My prediction is an 80 metacritic score with the game being improved throughout the year ala The Division.

My biggest and major complaint is the cover system. It's decent when you just want to hide behind something but the shooting behind cover is non-existent as you're completely in the open. GRW would have been so much better if they copied the cover scheme from The Division.
