    Sports rooms

Do you have a room in your house either dedicated to sports or heavily sports decorted? If so can you please post a few pics of your room? I have a home office I'm working on and am looking for some ideas. I currently have some ledges on the walls with autographed baseballs, a display for an autographed bat and will be putting up more pictures. I've also decided to buy mini-replice stadiums and mini-bats for every stadium I visit so I'm looking for a way to display that.

Here's a few pics from my project-in-progress (will be re-arranging stuff on shelves soon):

My room is. I cant post any pictures now, but it basically has a bunch of pennants, some autographed pictures, newspaper headlines that I like, Sports Illustrated covers, all my jerseys hanging up, important ticket stubs, that type of thing.

These are times I wish I had a digital camera. My room's wallpaper is a giant mural of a minor league baseball game. My dad (who collects) and I have well over 70 bobbleheads and 150 autographed baseballs/hockey pucks that are displayed in a wall case.

My walls recently were painted Crimson. I've got a game used Ahman Green jersey(best Christmas EVER) framed on one wall with a Nebraska painting next to it. The rest of my walls have Alabama paintings, 2 framed newspaper headlines, 3 framed SI's, and an autographed Shaun Alexander Run For The Heisman poster in a cherry frame(its my prized piece of Alabama memoribilia). Oh and also have a framed piece of turf from Bryant-Denny stadium circa 1971-1980 with Bear Bryant's sig on the certificate of authenticity. This is all I get for Christmas every year. I don't ask for electronics or clothes. I ask for Alabama and Nebraska paintings and such for my walls

Not at my house, but at my parent's. They have a rather large finished basement that my Dad has turned into the "Man Room". Pool table, dart board, air hockey table, big screen TV, recliners and a fridge full of beer.

That's not all though. He has it decorated with a ton of Pittsburgh sports memorabilia. Stuff like replica stadiums of Forbes Field, Three Rivers, Heinz Field and PNC Park, 10-15 bobbleheads of past/present athletes, framed frontpage articles on every Super Bowl victory and every World Series victory since 1960, Wheaties boxes with Pittsburgh sports athletes, 2 seats from Forbes Field in one corner, about 50 framed photographs on the walls of different sports moments (ie: Maz's HR, Forbes Field, 1st game at Three Rivers, 1st game at PNC).....

There's just a ton of stuff. I'm sure I'm missing some of it as there's a ton of stuff. I'm glad he's saved all of it over the years because there's some amazing stuff in that room.

Well, you can't see all of it, but here's what my dorm looked like on the first day:

And it's looking a lot better. Again, you can't see it all (you just completely can't see one wall, and part of the other is blocked by the side of the closets), but it's very well decorated with posters, pennants, bobbleheads, mini-bats, and those plastic collectable helmets.

umm, your beds are head to head?

When I was growing up in my parents house, I would cut up my SI's and other magazines and had the the pictures all over the walls in my room. It was pretty intense, I had a Notre Dame section that took over a whole corner. My anti section with the bad moments for Red Wings and Michigan, like the TO against UNC, the hail mary from Kordell, and the Devils sweep. I had so much crap on my walls it's not funny.

I had the picture of Shawn Bradley sitting behind a table that was covered in so much food, that might have been my favorite picture.
