Going to the desert tomorrow to visit my grandma on my dad's side and her boyfriend and his family. Then, going to my aunt and uncle's house in Irvine on Christmas day to spend Christmas with my mom's family.Blind to this impending fate
We let the world carry our weight
It's back breaks with every mile
But we all live in denialComment

Re: Hey fellow OS'ers what are you doing for Christmas?
This will be my family's first Christmas together (My fiance and I have custody of my younger brothers since my dad committed suicide and my mom was deemed unfit), so we're going to enjoy the first stress-free Christmas for as long as I can remember. It'll be just the four of us.
Looking forward to seeing my brothers' faces when they open their gifts. It'll be the first time they really have gifts, so my fiance and I went the extra mile to make it special.
Christmas Day, we go see the in-laws, who always host a dinner with like 50 people (they're Greek, 'nuf said). Should be good.Comment

Depends how old you are:wink: j/k
Nothing wrong with looking forward to your gifts. I would probably be just like you, if I was able to snag a Wii. Alas, no Wii, no anxiety.Comment

Glad to see that people still have the true Christmas spirit out there.Comment

Re: Hey fellow OS'ers what are you doing for Christmas?
Working until six on Xmas Eve, then driving out to my grandmother's house for our yearly party there. Then going over to my dad's for a little get together there. We'll end the night by staying over at my cousin's house, probably with a little drunken debauchery thrown in. Waking up early Xmas morning to go visit my mom's gravesite to spend some time with her, and then heading to my father-in-law's, probably for lunch. Believe we're headed back to our house after that, to exchange with my mother-in-law and our dogs. After that, I think we're headed up to my wife's aunt's house for dinner.Comment

Re: Hey fellow OS'ers what are you doing for Christmas?
Thanks, but no doubt, in today's day and age it is becoming increasingly more and more difficult to get into the spirit of Christmas what with all the demands on a person's time, whether it be work or otherwise. Really sad how some people get only one (or none) days off at this time of year.Comment

I'm back in New Orleans for the first time since Katrina visiting my dad and the rest of my family. I really didn't realize how bad everything is here until I got here.Originally posted by BlzerLet me assure you that I am a huge proponent of size, and it greatly matters. Don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise.
If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)Comment
