I agree with BKFOUNT on this one. Let the people trained to handle the situation handle it. Rushing in and being all upset is exactly what the people who called this in want to see. Just something to put out there as well what happens if the bomb is not real but the person who called it in is sitting and waiting for people to rush in and starts shooting. Then where does that put you and your children when you are taking them home.

As someone with kids in school, I agree with Sully. Better to be safe than sorry.
      PS: You guys are great.

Here in Jacksonville Fl today there was 2 kids arrested for having guns and tons of extra ammo.... They got caught because a friend text messaged his dad saying that these 2 kids were going to open fire. He heard them talking about what time they were going to do it. Cops rushed the school and classes were in lockdown. The cops caught them before any harm was done. I can't believe this...If I were a parent I would pull my kids out...Even if it was a temporary thing....

There's something wrong about a grown man asking other guys from the internet advice on a parenting issue. They're your kids YOU make the decision of what you feel is right?

Wow..........I see nothing wrong with a person asking a question like this, especially in light of the tragic events of the past week

Would you ask a stranger, how to raise your kids? Or when to get a new car? Some things you just need to decide for yourself.
