FU Bish!!
I am still here, we just finished watching some great Copa de Oro action, Guatemala beats El Salvador 1 nil, and USA beats T & T 2 nil (as last it was before the party went hardcore!).
On my sixth mix of what I posted earlier, and on still killing the pupus!Comment

Re: Favorite Beer(s)
Went to Portland, OR for business this past week. One thing Portland is known for are their microbreweries. I had a couple different beers at different microbreweries at night.
I don't recall any names, but all were very good. Most of them were amber lagers and I did have one chocolate lager. Didn't have a chocolate taste at all, but was very dark in color (hence the chocolate name).
Very impressed with all the beers I had. Not as impressed with the city itself though.Comment

Re: Favorite Beer(s)
On tap favorites:
Guiness
Sam Adams Octoberfest
Berkshire Brewing Co.'s Steel Rail
Newcastle Brown Ale
Sam Adams White Ale
Sam Adams Summer
Hoegaarden
Smithwick's
Wachusett Country Ale
Bud Seasonal Winter and Summer (really, give it a try, it's nothing like the regular Bud Stuff)
In a bottle:
Flying Dog (it's all good, get the mix box)
Sierra Nevada (same deal)
Yuengling (it's not as good as it's pushers say it is though)
Beers I don't like:
Heinekken (overrated)
Wachusett Blueberry (bars drop blueberries in it around here - ugh)
Bass (not my thing)
Magic Hat (tastes like perfume)
I left off all the Bud Lights and Keystones because I don't really think of them as beers as much as beverages that serve a purpose.
Honorable mentions: Young's Double Chocolate Stout (its like 9.5% by volume too), Red Stripe, Murphy's Stout, Boddingtons, Labatts, Moosehead, Naragansett, Corona, and Stella (I guess - I never want this stuff then when I sip it I like it).Comment

Re: Favorite Beer(s)
I just finished off a six-pack of Carlsberg, an import from Denmark I tried on the beer tour at Epcot.

Re: Favorite Beer(s)
Tried Delirium Nocturnum last week and thought it was great. Don't know if anyone had mentioned it since the search function is down. I'll have to look around town to find the other beers from this brewery.Comment
