I'm pretty much an early to sleep, early to rise guy... by college standards.

Sunday through Wednesday nights I am in bed by midnight (usually).

Weekends are a different story, though. I'm usually out until 2 a.m. and in bed by 4 a.m.

Cosign that. I don't suppose I'll get to sleep in again until my 2 year old daughter becomes a teenager. On the average, I get to bed around midnight or so during the week, and stay up until around 2:00 or so on the wekeends. I'm naturally a night person, but the kid has tempered that slightly.

We are usually in bed by 10:15 or so. Read until 11:00 and either go to bed or um...get some cardio in. We used to have a TV in our room, but took it out in anticipation of buying a new one, which we never did, but now I kind of enjoy it without it..more cardio!!!, though there are times when your just so tired and want to finish whatever you are watching in bed.

During the week, usually by 12:30 AM or 1 AM at the very latest. I need to get at least 6-7 hours of sleep or I'm very groggy the next day. Cast in point, yesterday. I felt lethargic all damn day. Just couldn't get motivated to do anything and I felt like I was walking around in a daze. All because my !@$ didn't fall asleep until after 2 A.M.

On weekends, I might not hit the sack until 1:30 or 2, but I sleep until 9 o'clock, so I don't miss out on any shut-eye.

12am weekdays (6-7 hours of sleep)
3am weekends (7-8 hours of sleep)

1-2 on Weekends

I need at least 7 hours of sleep or I feel like garbage the next day.

Anywhere from 12-5 am on weekdays, usually near 1 though

4-6 am on weekends

I have trouble falling asleep so it isn't worth even trying to sleep until I'm tired enough.

2am to 3am, work from 9am to 6pm really, so I dunno why I stay up as late as I do.

On weekends I do the 4 am then wake up at 8 am. I always include a cat nap though sometime in the afternoon

Around 11pm. Sometimes later on the weekend. I get up around 7am every day.

Why? Because I know I won't be able to do it when I get older.

I'm not quite that bad, but pretty similar.

Between 2 and 2:30-7 on the weekdays
Between 3 and 4 on the weekends

I figure I can do it now in my early 20s in college, so I do. When I work, I normally go to bed about 12.

I try to train myself to go to bed my 10pm during the week and then stay up until 2 or 3am on Friday & Saturday nites which ruins the training...
