So if it is too low to pose a health risk, WHO CARES?Germany's Federal Institute for Risk Assessment said Monday that the cocaine level was too low to pose a health risk. It planned to produce a more detailed report Wednesday. My dog's butt smells like cookies -

.4 micrograms per liter.
Sounds like too small an amount to really do anything, but I'm not an expert on the issue. Good marketing I guess haha...get 'em addicted.Comment

Re: Red Bull - Now w/less cocaine!
.4 micrograms per liter would require you to drink about 250,000 liters to get a cocaine high (about .1 gram for a new user). For an extended high for a new user, it'd require about 2,500,000 liters of Red Bull (a gram).
I think the Germans will live. This probably means someone dropped their 8 ball into the vat of a single batch more than they were using it to "hook" customers. There was probably more animal urine than cocaine.Last edited by Cebby; 05-25-2009, 09:53 PM.Comment

I'm surprised the FDA hasn't done anything about it...I would assume the product sold here is the same in Germany but sometimes it is different - like Mountain Dew in USA is different than in Canada.Originally posted by Gibson88Anyone who asked for an ETA is not being Master of their Domain.

Re: Red Bull - Now w/less cocaine!
That's because most people, at least the club going people, don't drink them straight. I also tried to drink one, after not getting much sleep for a few days, and it tasted like bad medicine.
Maybe this is why all the "celebs" drink them, maybe they have extra cocaine in theirs.Comment
