So that day I sent an email to customer service through the Best Buy website, expecting to receive something back....nope. I sent another email the next, still haven't heard a response. So I then called the 1-888 number yesterday. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes, I finally got through to someone, who couldn't understand why the TV was not delivered since they were showing it to be in stock. They were going to escalate the call to the delivery department, and told me to expect a call back shortly. Well, it has been 24 hours and I still have not received a call back from them.
Of course, there was no delay in charging my Best Buy credit card for the purchase....that magically happened the same day I ordered it! So now I am paying for an item I don't even have.
I don't understand how the service can be so bad. I know people that work in customer service departments at other companies, and they all say they would be fired if they treated customers this badly.
What a joke, and I will never order from Best Buy again.
