Eh, not really a big deal. It doesn't say that you aren't allowed to wear hooded sweatshirts or jackets, just that the hoods can't be up when you are in the store. As for saying no hats or caps, they actually have that rule at the PNC bank branch I go to and it makes sense to have such a rule.

I guess, "no service." They will refuse to let you buy anything and ask you to leave until you remove your hood.

If somebody's intent was to rob the store and he/she has a loaded gun, I don't believe "asking" someone to leave will prevent it.

Of course not. Just like if somebody's intent was to rob a store without shoes or a shirt, they still would rob the place. If a guy has a gun with the intent to rob they do not care about any rules.

Thanks! My current manager gave me some tips and advice heading into the interview (which was unexpected but great )...I'm really hoping they ask for specific answers rather than the vague "...so, what are you strengths/weaknesses?"

I have to say that my decision to change careers from a retail manager for a furniture company to a accounting position at a world-wide construction company has been a great one. Sure I am making a lot less money but, not dealing with 35-40 employee's plus customer's and having weekends/holidays off is well worth it to me.
