I've heard this "patience is a virtue" junk all my life. I'm happy to say I have no virtue, no scruples, and no desire to wait too long for anything. In my humble opinion instant gratification takes too long!

Re: Off Topic 2012
eh, It's just random bottles of water and sodas. Nothing they just can't go out into the cafe and get again for free.
When I was an apprentice my Chef rubbed a habenro on my iced tea glass. I thought I was going to die.
I blame him for teaching the fun of being "The Chef".
Another thing I like to do is to is swap out name tags on chefs jackets. I got a couple big chefs and put there name tags on medium sized jackets.
Now that's some funny ****.Originally posted by Anthony BourdainThe celebrity chef culture is a remarkable and admittedly annoying phenomenon. A couple other good ones.
Snip an apron string with scissors when walking behind them.
Make a tiny pinhole in an egg and blow out the insides then set the the empty shell in a batch of hard boiled.
Swap out a few hard boiled eggs for raw eggs. One of my favorite kitchen pranks of all time.

I'd probably kill you if you worked with me, Matt.
I've been working on the same tax return for 4 hours. Schedule C and millions of receipts. Thankfully they are organized, but all I've been doing is adding up expenses for 4 hours. Womp womp womp.

Re: Off Topic 2012
But see dealing with the Chef's antics comes with this profession. I don't do it to random people on the street. These are men and women that I'm teaching to become great. They want to work for me. They don't want to risk losing a chance at an apprenticeship with me cause I made them wear a tiny jacket.
So basically I can get away with torture if I so please.
Don't get me wrong though. I'm not a big *******. I just like keeping the kitchen tension light. It can get downright intense if you don't loosen up.Originally posted by Anthony BourdainThe celebrity chef culture is a remarkable and admittedly annoying phenomenon. Re: Off Topic 2012
Luckly I don't have problems with it because I don't get ads before watching the videos although there are some I can't watch because they aren't allowed here, I don't understand why I can't watch some specific videos.
Okay, hats..
Y'all wear 'em backwards or not ? I seem to have a few hats that only seem to feel right, when I wear them backwards and then other that are the opposite. I tend to wear my hat straight at work and then when I'm on my own time, I turn it around..
Weird thing is, I went like three years where I quit doing that completely, but after purchasing a few new hats.. I can't help it.
What's the worst movie you own?
My wife has some of the worst taste in movies, as does her mom, so she comes home with some real doozies.
On top of owning the entire Twilight series (however many of them there are now), I just noticed this abomination on the shelf...
Spoiler
26%/48% on RT
I've just seen it today, I don't like it maybe because I'm not used to it yet.
I'm still having issues with 2k11. I can't find a medium slider set to fuse pro & all star difficulties. I play pro and win almost every time, I play all star and I get annihilated almost every time. Tried a lot of varying sliders and just can't get the results I want. My current game I'm already down 33-14 to the Pacers, and shooting 28% on 8 of 28. My offense is just awful. If it wasn't for the pick and roll, I'd probably shoot about 10%. I admit I'm much worse at this game than most, in fact I think it was GMSS who tried to give some tips like a year ago lol, maybe I should just give up and play as a team other than the Pistons
