I remember Steve Harvey talking about Cap'n Crunch and it cutting the roof of your mouth.

So this is a well-known issue with CC? Man, I must be living in the dark.

Captain Crunch jacks me up too. Huh, so does Captain Morgan for that matter....

I haven't eaten cereal on a regular basis since I was 8 years old. I never was a fan of it. But then again I don't like milk either, so maybe that is why. I have always been more of a meat person anyway. My breakfast as a child consisted of bacon. Whether it was club house sandwiches or bacon on bread with jelly.

As an adult, my breakfast consists of what ever I had for dinner the night before.

This pretty much sums up my feelings toward breakfast. The only time I actually eat breakfast is if I go out to eat somewhere.

Haven't eaten a bowl of cereal in years.

Well known issue in the 80s anyway, that was the last time I had it.

Yeah, I know most eat it as a late night snack. I just don't like sugary things and don't keep cereal in the house.

If I'm ever rich enough, I'm having a dedicated cereal cabinet. It's gonna have like 15 boxes at a time. And unlike my house, where people think its cool to leave boxes open, they're all gonna be CLOSED.

If I eat after midnight I turn into a gremlin. At least that's how I feel. Heratburn, stomach ache, can't sleep. I stopped eating after 7pm quite a few years ago. /old

Interesting that you stop eating much earlier then you stop drinking.

I have no regular sleep schedule so I'll eat anytime of the day. I do the same thing with drinking
I've heard this "patience is a virtue" junk all my life. I'm happy to say I have no virtue, no scruples, and no desire to wait too long for anything. In my humble opinion instant gratification takes too long!

Decent company, pay well, but the customers are terrible and you end up hating the company.

It also depends on the position. I did cashier for a bit and then carts. I had no interest in moving to any other position because I just wanted to finish school and start my 'real' job.
Well, that's ****ty. I guess they get the snotty, snobby customers. The whole organic holier than thou crowd. This store is in a pretty exclusive area too. I currently work at a restaurant in this area so I know a bit of the customer base.

Eh, if the pay is there I can deal with the customers. Hell, I'm a server right now. There's no way people will be as needy as when your only job is to serve them.

                              Thanks for the input.

Really....sometimes I will eat cocoa pebbles as my desert, or as a sugar fix. Which IMO is better than eating cookies or ice cream or a chocolate bar because at least the cereals are enriched.

All this talke about cereal and no one showed any love for Count Chocula or Boo Berry. Those are the best!
