Nexium is a miracle.

Yeah I used to be on prescription omeprazole a couple years ago. Now I just buy it off the shelf and it doesn't seem to be working as well. I need another checkup to figure it out.

Right now I'm taking the prescription strength Zegerid.

I think there is an over the counter version still, but it definitely isn't near the strength of what I get from the doctor.

I was driving on a residential street, close to home, today. I was going close to 30 mph (maybe a bit less, as I usually drive a bit less than the max speed on these streets), going on the right side, while on the left there were parked cars. suddenly a car speeds up (probably around 40-45 mph) and passes me (so fast, I felt like I was going backwards) from the left side - between me and the parked cars (and the street is pretty narrow).

I immediately slowed down and let that car get as far as possible from me. Some people are nuts. These streets are narrow and there is a stop sign at the end of every block.

Go the speed limit!

Perscription antacids make my heart beat irregularly. I just stick with tums anymore. Although since I've lost 40 pounds I haven't suffered nearly as much as I used too.

Waiting to get my hair cut... These flowing locks are going bye bye. I can't stand when my hair gets this long, it just looks stupid. I wish I could pull off longer/messy hair but nah, just doesn't work for me.

You're a Rockies and a Twins fan? I feel sorry for you.

Haha... yeah... Twins because I grew up in Northern Iowa and the Twins were the closest MLB team and the Rockies because I have family out in Colorado and my first MLB game I attended was at Coors. To make matters worse, I also follow the Cubs a bit (as both my grandfathers were/are Cubs fans)... makes for a lot of disappointment.
