I'd say I have a gambling problem, but I'm not there yet. I don't think making dollar or maybe a 5 dollar bet (if im feeling extra rich) constitutes a problem.

Working my way towards one though.

I'm still on XP. In fact, I requested that this computer have XP instead of Vista when I purchased it. And I will not be moving away from it until I purchase a new computer.

Vista was a step backwards. 7 was a huge upgrade for me, as I was like you and willingly stayed XP over Vista.

I stuck with Win2000 until Win7 (on my home machines, not much choice for windows on work PCs), so I stuck with the same OS for a decade, and it looks like Win7 will be with me for a long while.

Hit up the best strip club in Birmingham, for my friend's birthday.

I've been there a few times before.

I wear my hat forward about 80% of the time, but I sometimes turn it backwards. I flipped it around backwards tonight and the bouncer comes up to me and demands that I turn it around forwards.

I didn't argue, but I did say "I don't mind turning it around, but what does it matter ?". Apparently they are undergoing new management and it's a policy they are enforcing.

It seemed pretty ****ing stupid to me, but I agreed to keep from causing any sort of scene or making matters worse.

But they never gave a reason why even when you asked? Weird.

I never got a clear answer.

I'm just assuming it's some sort of dress code policy. I did learn that they have new management. It's about as clean of a place as you can get for a strip club, but what does it matter how someone is wearing their hat ?

I was too drunk and was too worried about what was bouncing in front of my face to argue, but now that I have had time to think about it, It seems like a stupid rule.

That was really all I could think of.

The area isn't exactly known for any sort of acts of violence or gang activity, but I guess that's about the only logical explanation

A purple LA Lakers hat turned backwards sure does look offensive

I actually had the hat on forwards, until a stripper took it off my head, grinded on it a bit and then turned it backwards on my head. They should have got on to her ..lol.

I'm sure gang members will re-consider being violent if they're told to keep their hats forward, lol.

It's true, backwards hats are the downfall of America... especially if they are "Snapbacks" or whatever hipsters call those things they try to bring back from horrible 90s fashion.

                                Got a ticket today.

Was driving with my friends to a pizza place around 2:20AM. In the left lane of a four lane street, car driving on my right. He's driving slow so I start to drive past him. Then he speeds up. I slow down so that he can go ahead. Then he slows down so I speed up to get him out of my blind spot. Never went more than a few MPH over the speed limit. Guy's lights turn on, turns out he's an undercover cop.

He gets out of the car after pulling me over and immediately checks my passenger side window and demands that I roll it down. I had my friend open the door because the window doesn't roll down (it's broken). He asks why he pulled me over and I said "Honestly, I have no idea". He tells me that I wasn't wearing my seatbelt. I ask him "Wait, are you serious? I absolutely was wearing my seatbelt". He replies "Don't lie to me" with an "I'm offended" tone. He eventually makes it around to my side and I give him my license and proof of insurance.

I just want to note that I was wearing my seatbelt and always wear my seatbelt. My friends in the car were also wearing their seatbelts.

Eventually another officer comes and tells me that this guy is a lieutenant. My friends and I are just sitting there dumbfounded. I say to the other officer "So wait, since I was actually wearing my seatbelt, what the heck am I supposed to do to fight this?" He tells me that the lieutenant is only writing me a compliance ticket, so it's only $60. As if he's doing me a ****ing favor. But if I do want to fight it, I can go to blahblahblah online and blahblahblah whatever request a hearing blahblahblah. But the guy who pulled me over doesn't have to show up at the hearing.

So not only did the guy act like he was doing me a ****ing solid, no, he also doesn't even have to face the inconvenience of showing up in court. The jackass gets to go on his merry ****ing "pulling people over hoping for a DUI or a possession charge and justifying it by claiming some BS" way and I have to deal with all the bull****. I don't have $60 to blow on a ****ing bull**** ticket.

By the way, the car was (naturally) completely dark inside because it was 2 in the ****ing morning. But this guy could see into my window, through a passenger, and spot my lack of a seatbelt, all while alternating speeds to maintain his view. Totally ****ing believable.

And this is where "**** the police" becomes justified. I've always been in the "cops are good guys with tough jobs" boat. **** the POS who's making me question that.
