Re: OS Geography: Mid-Atlatic part of North East?
Meh, it depends where at.
I've been to Charlotte plenty of times and when I'm there I feel like I'm "in the south" moreso than say....Durham or when you cross in NC from VA.#RespectTheCultureComment

Big city NC seems like it could belong in the Mid-Atlantic, to some degree. Rural NC is definitely Southern.
Overall, I have a hard time calling NC anything but Southern, though it certainly isn't nearly as Southern as states like Mississippi, Alabama, and South Carolina.Comment

though I personally would consider delaware and maryland mid-atlantic. I lived in Va for 2 years, and I can confidently say anyone for Va considers Va as "the south" or at least the "gateway to the south".Comment

I voted no because I'm an idiot who can't read that the question was about NY, PA, and NJ. I already considered them northeastern states instead of mid-atlantic.Comment
