That lady was a great grandmother......How much resistance can somebody that old put up against a guy that probably outweighs her by a good 100 pounds ? Once the lady was down, all he had to do was hold her down until back up came, not repeatedly punch a great grandmother that was already on the ground.

I agree, but cops never know what someone will do in that situation.

That video looks horrible no doubt but the word great grandmother means nothing to me. She could be 50 and in relatively good shape. She didn't appear to be a small woman.

There are too many variables for me to draw a conclusion but I will agree that the video looks horrible.

It's crazy how people think it's just so easy to hold down and restrain somebody. I weigh 100 more than my fiancé and there is no way in hell I could handcuff her if she was trying to get free. I'm not saying that punching her in the face is necessary by any means.

I just think people let emotions dictate their thoughts over logic.

The case was dismissed, but police immediately obtained new charges and also a search warrant for his home. Police also arrested the teen and took him to juvenile jail, where Foster said they took photos of the teen’s genitals against his will.

David Culver of NBC Washington first reported the story and interviewed the teen’s guardian, his aunt, who was shocked at the lengths Prince William authorities were willing to go to make a sexting case in juvenile court.

I forgot all about Mayor Ray Nagin, he was sentenced to prison for 10 years. Amazingly Mayor Daley from Chicago never got sentenced to prison, because he was the king of corruption, just like his dad was.

Should have been a dead giveaway that he was faking as when in uniform they cannot sit in first class. Even if they got a free upgrade because of status, they are not supposed to take it.

It's done to not make people think they are buying first class tickets or getting special treatment. If you do it after people are already on the plane, that is a little different as people know someone is switching seats.

I've never heard this before.

The only thing about being in uniform when traveling (outside of the normal service uniform rules) is that when using a voucher or travelling on the government's dime (PCS, whatever else) is that you won't use first-class.

If you're on your own time going to the airport in your blues bravos/service chucks/alphas (though, only the biggest of tools would do this) on a seat that you paid for, you can do whatever you want.

I just looked up the Tweet, first time I had heard of this act from DeAngelo. So much jacked up with that dude it's unbelievable. However, it's natural that someone not in the service gets duped. There's absolutely zero chance that an everyday average Joe Blow knows anything about the uniform regulations.

Absolutely absurd. I like how the girl isn't charged with anything and the boys life is about to be ruined. Justice.
I would hope that those police officers had better use of their time than going after sexting teens, but maybe they have "other" motivations.

This mom in Queens killed her baby and then posted pictures of her dead baby on Facebook with the caption RIP.

A Queens, New York mother is accused of smothering her 11-month-old baby because she "didn’t want him anymore."

From WABC:

Investigators say [Nicole] Kelly told them she had "reached her breaking point" and just didn't want her 11-month old boy anymore. And so, she told police, she wrapped little Kiam Felix, Jr. in a sheet last Sunday so he could no longer breathe. Then, sources say, Kelly proceeded to take a shower and methodically get rid of all her baby's belongings.
Kelly also apparently posted a picture of the baby on her Facebook page with the caption "R.I.P. Tinkabutt."
