Re: Off Topic 2014
I can only imagine how busy it was. We went a couple weeks ago on a Sunday/Monday. It was crazy.
However, I read there were 5 hour waits for rides at Disneyworld just before Christmas. No thanks.

We rode 15 rides in the 16 hours we were there plus had sit down breakfast and dinner. Longest wait was 1 hour so that wasn't too bad. Most wait times were 30 to 45 minutes. My feet are tired this morning lol!
Heading to Hollywood today to see the sights there, then off to Pasadena for the big game!
Atlanta Braves - Auburn Tigers - Nashville Predators

Makes you think twice about having any other babies eh? LOL
I've always wanted to go to Disney at least once in my life. Maybe if I ever have kids or if my sister has one the family will go to Disney World.Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club

Re: Off Topic 2014
Hope the surgery goes well. I've been using glasses for over 10 years and I'm fine with it, I haven't considered having a surgery since I'm comfortable using glasses although I wish I had contacts for when I play sports, playing keeper being myopic is tough.
I remember hating coffee since I first tried it as a kid but then when I had to stay two entire days awake without sleeping for a college project I'd to hand in, I had no other choice than to drink it several times through the night. At first it helped me a lot but the effect wasn't as strong as I kept drinking it.
Nowadays I can only drink it with milk during the mornings, I prefer hot chocolate or yogurt though.
I did the same but I stopped watching it midway through the second season, I want to continue it but I better finish watching the fourth season of Archer.
When I was a little kid my brothers and I begged for years to go there but we never went there, now I'm indifferent to it. Without counting that it's a Disney themed park, are the games good or are there better parks?Comment

Just like gastric bypass surgery is free if you are in the military. I know at least 10 women and 6 men had it in the past 3 years.Comment

Re: Off Topic 2014
I had it done when it was in it's early stages, once when I was 20 and then a touch up when I was 23 because my eyes hadn't fully developed when I had it done (plus I have a stigmatism).
You'll love it once its done and unless it's changed beware of seeing starbursts at night. I still have a pair of glasses that I'll throw on just to eliminate them if I drive for long distances at night.
It's also part of the reason I don't go to theaters anymore, but again I had it done in it's very early stages of a procedure.
But I absolutely love it.Comment

The Dr who made sure I qualified for it was one of the first 411 people in America to get LASIK. He said it really has changed a lot and the laser the military uses has a better success rate than if you get it done out in the civilian world.I had it done when it was in it's early stages, once when I was 20 and then a touch up when I was 23 because my eyes hadn't fully developed when I had it done (plus I have a stigmatism).

We've had a few people on the boat who got the surgery and they haven't had any problems. Ive read about the starbursts thing but they said they haven't had that problem.MLB: Texas Rangers
