What is your overall goal? Why all the running and no lifting? 155 at 6'? Why would you want that?

I need to get back on T-25. I have gotten so lazy again in the past few months. Especially with the holidays here.

When I initially did T-25 last year, I lost 20 pounds to go from 190 to 170. Lately, I have been weighing in at 176-178 pounds. Not happy about it but it's my own fault.

It works for sure. Like I said in my last post, I lost 20 pounds in 10 weeks with T-25. Obviously, you have to eat well during that period as well. Just a warning, the Total Body Circuit workout is not fun at all. Haha.

i started running on the treadmill recently. been doing intervals where i walk for 3-4 minutes than run at 5.0-5.5 for 1-2 minutes. Sometimes my ribs hurt and i'm not sure why. But man, i dont know how people run 5 miles a day. that seems brutal

Your rib pain is likely associated with your breathing pattern while jogging. If you keep at it, you'll see that 5 miles really isn't that bad.

My side use to hurt when i ran long distance too, my brother told me to exhale once my left foot hits the ground and thats been working for me so maybe you could give it a try and see if it works for you.

Got some battle ropes for Christmas. Looped them around the tree yesterday to try them out for a minute, and damn, they really get your heart rate up! I had tried them before, but the one I used was not this big (1.5" thick, 50ft long). Can't wait to mix these in to my routine. I saw a recent study that shows how battle ropes burn more calories than basically anything else you can do at high intensity including sprints and burpees, all with basically no impact on the joints.

Anyone have any luck building a decent diet without the use of a stove top or oven ? I only have a microwave now in my room so It's like preparing meals in a hotel room. The only other food options are whatever can be refrigerated/frozen, ship food, and restaurants.

It's made it damn near impossible for me to eat healthy.

I would love to prepare my own meals again, but I really can't.

I plan on hitting the gym hard again when I come back from the States, but it's all for nothing without a decent diet.

                        Any suggestions ?

Battle ropes are awesome. I like to use them at the end of my workouts. They really work your arms/shoulders.

Chicken is going to be the only part that is tough. I eat this chicken sausage that's fully cooked and has very good nutritional value but I wouldn't want to completely replace chicken breast with it.

                            Link to sausage: http://www.thinntrim.com/category/products/

Buffalo and Spinach/Onion are my favorites. I eat the whole package for 350 kcal & 60g protein. Only catch is I believe I pay $5/package.

Tyson has fully cooked chicken breast that you can microwave.

Uncle Ben's makes 90 second microwave rice bags. You can cook potatoes/sweet potatoes in the microwave as well.

Grocery stores have fresh vegetables pre packaged to be microwave cooked. I have a big bag of microwave green beans almost daily.

I've never done it but I've heard you can make microwave cooked eggs.

Obviously raw vegetables & fruit would be no problem. Same goes for protein shakes/bars. Then you have natural peanut butter, nuts, & milk too.

Muffin in a minute uses just a microwave but you need to toast it though. Hmmm

So, does anyone have any experience with dietbet? I'm thinking about getting it started to motivate me as 1. The Holidays wind down and 2. Preggo wife (sympathy weight kicks in).
