I'm 28 years old and from what I think, very healthy. That said...I'm getting old quite quickly.

Saturday, my church had a cookout and a bunch of the teenagers were throwing a football. I never played football in HS but I can throw a football pretty well and understand trajectories and such. Threw for about 1.5 HRs.

I woke up Saturday morning and felt like I may need a prosthetic. Holy crud, I don't think I've ever felt that kind of pain in my arm.

Conflicted feelings today. One of my worst neighbors died today. The guy used to harass me and my dog, he was the guy launching fireworks all year 2 years ago at all hours of the night, and a bunch of other issues.

So, today when I looked out the window and saw emergency vehicles and stuff I kinda joked to myself that maybe one of the bad neighbors kicked the bucket, a lot of them are getting up there in age and don't take care of themselves.

Kept watching until the ambulance left without bringing anyone out, and it didn't occur to me that someone died until a couple guys showed up to remove the body.

Now I'm like, hmm, I'm glad I don't have to deal with this guy anymore, but can I really celebrate someone's death?

You can't celebrate anyone's death man.

You can celebrate not living next to him anymore but that's about it.

I mean there are certain people you could probably celebrate someone's death but the neighbor probably doesn't fall under that category but you can be glad he's no longer your neighbor

Trust me I get the feeling, I've been there.

Not the exact same scenario but something similar, it's awkward because it isn't something you want to be happy about but to a degree there is something to be happy about.

So apparently a Pitt student was trying to impress his girlfriend by jumping across a narrow (12-18 inch) gap between 2 buildings but missed and became wedged between the buildings instead. They had to break through the wall of the Qdoba restaurant to rescue him. He reportedly only suffered a broken ankle, but the Qdoba will be closed at least 2 weeks for repairs. Ironically, I ate dinner at that Qdoba last night.

So according to the video in the link, that fool tried to jump from the shorter building to the taller building. I'm thinking all this time, the buildings were on the same level.

I wonder how much stupid he used up trying to do that?

Umm, no one could just step across, the building he was trying to jump up to was at least 10 feet higher than the building he was jumping from.

I didn't watch the video in the link Burgh posted because I saw the story this morning but I imagine it shows the difference in height.

Ah yeah my mistake. I just watched the video. I thought the buildings were only 18 inches apart. In that case then yeah this guy is stupid.
