            I only enjoy the cold weather during Christmas time, after that it can be in the 90's the rest of the year.

                                                    A friend of mine uses the noise makers that you can buy... $50-$75.

                                                        San Diego (the city proper) - year round. You can actually knock some off the high end. If you go inland a bit it changes drastically.

                                                            Many California towns would fit that bill. Long Beach has even better weather than SD but it's scuzzy. Santa Cruz would fit those temps too. Just gotta stay along the coast other wise it gets roasty in the interior during the summer months. Get to far from the coast and you don't get the ocean buffering the temps.
