Issues assigning CTTs

So there's some sort of glitch when assigning Custom Team Tactics on PS4.

Example: I'm playing with the MLS. I create and assign a custom tactic for Sporting KC. I then create a tactic for San Jose. I start up a game only to see that Sporting has the San Jose tactic. San Jose has their correct tactic.

I've repeated the process several times, and basically it appears that creating 2nd and/or subsequent tactics is overriding the previous.

Anyone else seeing this?
