Statistical Errors

I'm seeing a few errors appearing often during tournament mode. If a player gets 2 yellow cards and is sent off it shows 2 red cards in the score display in the left corner. Then after the game in the stats, the player is shown as having 2 red cards.

Also if a goalkeeper concedes an own goal and no other goals during the game he is still awarded a clean sheet. It happened 2 games in a row for me.
