So each brand like Nike, Adidas has a base kit that you edit with a photoshop type program, is that right i mean for creating your own kits?

No. Only ManUtd is licensed in the Premier League. If you're on PS4 it's fairly easy to make every team licensed..just takes time.

I'm needing some help.

I've tried multiple times. Once my flash drive was formatted for FAT32 and the other time it was EXFat. I've tried this on 2 different cards. I have them set up with the following folders PS4>Savedata>WEPES>files downloaded in .png format.

When I try to import the images in the PES 2016 edit section, when I click to select the USB stick, nothing shows up for me to select. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

This happened to me when I first set it up. You need to remove the WEPES folder out that folder you have it in so that it is no longer a sub-folder.

Give this a try....I don't believe I even named my folder PS4 or Savedata. I just have a folder that is WEPES. Make sure your USB is pushed all the way into the port as well. I had trouble the first time, but then it worked.

I got most of the Serie B uniforms off Pesgalaxy.com. there's also a pes Italian sight that has many lower Italian teams too, like Lecce. Its all in Italian but you can find the kits if you go through all the threads. I even got 3rd and 4th kits for some teams
