Re: The Transfer Thread
Not all that surprising given his injury, but it looks like Man U will not offer Ibra a new contract.Comment

Re: The Transfer Thread
For selfish reasons, I hope he ends up in MLS. It's been mentioned before, and he'd be an absolute beast at least for a few years. I prefer MLS to go after the younger guys which is starting to be the case more often, but Ibra is one of the exceptions. He'd bring great publicity for the league while dominating on the field. That being said, he'd probably end up in LA. I already don't like the Galaxy, and I doubt I'll care much for LAFC either. Haha
It's been said he wants to stay in England and at the top, but I'm not sure any of the top 5 or 6 clubs feel any different about signing him.
My guess is he either ends up in China for loads of money or MLS.Comment

Re: The Transfer Thread
He's agent came out last month and said he would be playing in Europe next year, even if United do not resign him.
But agents say a lot of things so who knows.

Re: The Transfer Thread
Arsenal were always going to do whatever they could to prevent Alexis from going to another team in the league.
This is just Marca saying "BREAKING: NOTHING NEW TO REPORT, CHECK BACK AGAIN IN 5 MINUTES"Comment

Re: The Transfer Thread
Arsenal already gifted a rival a title once by selling them a player. If they do it again, I vote to banish them from the league. Let them go play in Ligue 1 or something.Comment

Re: The Transfer Thread
I vote let them keep doing it, we've won 2 titles with Cesc.
We'll take one Alexis please.Comment

Re: The Transfer Thread
If Alexis goes (which I think he will), I don't think it'll be to any team in England. I have no doubt the club will sell him, but I do actually believe this time they'll make sure it's out of the country, especially as if there are offers from within England, they'll exist outside, also.Comment

I agree, I really think Bayern is going to be the club he's with next season. If Alexis goes (which I think he will), I don't think it'll be to any team in England. Re: The Transfer Thread
Agreed. The connection to his countryman Vidal makes it seem more likely anyway. I'll hate to see Alexis gone from the PL because he's been one of the best in recent years. Now he'll just be helping Bayern win the Bundesliga by 30 points.Comment

Don't think Bayern really cares about winning the league, they are buying players to win the CL.Comment
