Is TW 12 using xp or $$$ this year?

I have an issue with using xp like in TW11. When winning the fed ex cup, I figured I would win a sizeable amount of xp to build attributes and buy gear. I was very disappointed to see the small amount I actually won.

I can't remember which version used $$$ but I thought that was the best, because you could buy things you needed and I felt the amounts fit the challenge. I loved the version where as you play better, you unlock sponsorships and got bonuses to buy their gear.

Does anyone know what will be used in TW 12?

I'd say it's XP... the demo rewards you with "XP" for your achievements there and for inviting other players to download the demo. I know certain things can be bought from the Pro Shop using real cash (in the form of Microsoft Points) on the 360, but I hate being shaken down for more money after I've bought a product.

Or XP from winnings in the game....you do NOT have to purchase anything to play the game once you purchased the game....

I've asked before but no answer. Will the XP that carries over from 11 to 12 be the XP you haven't spent on gear and building the character or the total XP you've gained. (spent and saved)
