Can you play with Tiger woods in career mode or the MAsters Tournament?

Career Mode, no, you can only play with a created golfer.

I'm not really sure what you mean by playing the Masters tournament. You can only play the tournament itself in career so the answer to that would be no as well but you can use him to play Augusta as a standard round.
