I'd love to participate in something like this, but it looks like the plan is to do it on PS4, and I'm planning on getting it on XB1.

If needed, I could help work on an XB1 version of this.

Unless I've missed some sort of confirmation, I wouldn't count on any kind of cross platform play getting past the console certification. They might be able to get cross platform course sharing, but I highly doubt anything more than that.

Posted today that there is no cross platform. I have a xbox thread for the purpose of getting us a tour going.

It's not totally impossible to still do a tour across platforms, it would just require some record-keeping outside of the game. Several of us on OS did some Hot Shots Golf tours years back by recording our scores and just keeping track of them outside the game, adding them up as we went along (the game had no built-in online tour support, of course)

As long as people are playing in groups to keep themselves honest (and as long as the course settings are the same), I don't see why it couldn't be done.

Just being able to share the courses across the platforms is amazing IMO.

All we would need is a designated member for each platform to create the tournaments with exact same settings and to send me screenshots of the leaderboard. I could put all the scores in a spreadsheet for the true leaderboard.

He's just hit a 4 iron 145 yards on a full swing (with unreal high loft). Please tell me nobody here will do that.
