Yes, they've definitively said no on a 3-click swing.

Hi, just confirming that the real-world courses available at launch will be available for everyone to play. We may add in some DLC courses later. Yeah, that wording was a little strange now I look back at it. Cheers.

Great to hear!!! I just went from maybe, to all in. So can i put in a plug for Oak Hill? haha. On a serious side, i think adding real world courses will be a great for bringing in more causal players.

I know it's probably been suggested elsewhere, but Pebble Beach would be amazing.
