Golf club 2019 society season

Is there a way to have cuts after the second round in a society season.I want to set up a season to mimic the PGA tour.

Howdy, I wonder how one can set up a new tour. I just started learning about this and I tried TST but didn't care for the absence of the putting cursor and Scout Camera, though I'm fine without the putting and lie grids. To me, even though it appears TST did this to offset the fact there are many people that can just play lights out in those conditions which I appreciate, but to me it seemed weird to have such poor information to base putts on compared to real life golf which is kind of what it was created to simulate. On a real course you can feel the lie with your feet and certainly see your intended ball line much more clearly than in game and the putting cursor helps some with that for sure, though since it's only in inch resolution it's even a little crude, but better than not having it. And the missing scout camera kind of slows the game down as you try to guess where you really need to hit the ball using the B key and golfer's POV.

Can anyone educate me on what it takes to do this, set up another tour, something akin to a TST Lite? I would probably want to play it as a handicapped event with 3 flights and a scratch flight or something along those lines.
