The timing of the swing change now seems more logical, as does the addition of paid DLC for items that have been in the game for months now.

On the EA side, I’m guessing we get something very soon as their last release was sep 1st, and the website says look out for more info this Fall. Hopefully we get something more than confirming 1 course.

Hated the swing change a couple months back and lost interest. Maybe I’ll redownload, but with far cry, battlefield and cod coming in the next few weeks/months i may be just about done with this game

At least add it to your library...then you can download it whenever you might be itching to get back into virtual golf! And to be honest, this new swing change actually seems to make the game play as it should have, as opposed to the wildly overcorrecting change they made that turned you (and many others) off a few months ago.

They couldn't do both? Playing 19 the last few days and aside from the golfer the graphics are quite the same. The flyover is nice. I can't understand why they had to remove the option to see the other courses that the creator of the one you are playing did.

Oh, I agree with you. It's dumb they removed these features. Just stating the public reason why the flyovers were removed.

I assume they removed the "courses by designer" feature simply to make it harder to share courses that would be censored or infringe on any copyrights. It's stupid, but that's the only thing I can think of as to why they'd make it harder for folks to share courses made in the game - since the course creator is the big differentiator that sets this series apart from any others.

Yeah I guess even though the vast majority of courses are fictional.

Is career mode fixed? Having the wrong people showing that they won tournaments is a game breaker for me (even though it is free).

I usually skipped the flyover, and I skip the pre shot animation. The zoom to target is enough for me
