Hockeytown - A Detroit Red Wings Dynasty (NHL '09)
  This will be my first attempt at writing about my dynasty. I know some of you are probably saying, "You're taking the Wings, won't be much of a challenge." Well, first of all, they are my favorite team, so if I am going to do this, I want to use a team that will keep me interested. Secondly, I suck at this game, so it's not like I will be winning the Cup year after year. I hope I keep you all entertained.  Babcock Steps Down Detroit - In a suprise move today, Detorit Red Wings head coach Mike Babcock stepped down from his position on the team. Babcock cited personal reasons as his reason for leaving. Babcock's departure is not the most shocking storyline here though. What is more shocking, is his replacement. Detroit GM Ken Holland has tabbed virtual unknown Larry George as the new head coach. "I could have gone with the Torterella's, or the Quinn's...but in the end, I decided some new blood was in order," said Holland. "It is everyone's dream to be a part of their favorite team, and now I am living that dream," said George. "I look forward to helping the Red Wings win some more Cups."
