Well, I was getting kinda bored of it. And I really don't want to go through another 82 games. I just wanted to finish it correctly, not in the middle of a season (like my Phoenix one).

GM's Thoughts: Game 5 was interesting. It was back and forth until the beginning of the third, where we took a 2 goal lead. Mueller brought it within 1 with 1:00 remaining, and I hoped it wouldn't go to OT again. However, one bad play by the Coyotes led to the big K getting a clear shot at an empty net. Game over, Ottawa Wins The Cup Again!

Also, In december me and GJ are hosing an award and "Best Retired Dynasty" Should be a category!

Congrats on your second straight cup. Too bad this bad boy is over though. Will you be doing another one? Or doing one with NHL 10 or is this it?

I would think that it is all but done. An NHL 09 dynasty will only last about 1 season unless he gets "DT Style Updates" in.

Yeah, it'll be NHL 10. Ottawa will be back, with new players, and hopefully the trades won't be so easy to make...
