 No Happy Ending for Skyland, Blazers. After a incredible run for the playoffs and a another fantastic season for Captain Jason Skyland, the mighty Winnipeg Blazers have fallen to the New York Islanders in the 2nd Round of the playoffs. "It's hard to explain the feeling of losing" Jason Skyland said to reporters after Game 6. "When you win so much and then you just suddenly lose, you take it all for granted until you realise it's done" said Devon Platana. Jason Skyland scored the Overtime winner in Game 4 to force a Game 5 as the Islanders could of swept the defending champions out of the playoffs. Jason Skyland and Devon Platana led the Blazers in playoff scoring, Skyland with 11 points and Platana with 10.
