We would never be able to tell that you were rushing if you didn't tell us. That's the mark of a great dynasty.

Thanks for the appreciation. I have to tell you, it really doesn't take much work. I just put in the penalty/goal info during the cutscene that occurs, and the pictures I just use my Gamebridge(video recording device) to take snapshots. Then I use paint to cut the 3 Stars and Score pictures out of the screen, post all 3 up to photobucket, and paste the links here. It's much easier spending 4 minutes working on a report once the game is over than 30(*cough*Sharks Dynasty*cough*).

Haha, not to mention unless I wait and intentionally crush the other guy from behind, I lose EVERY loose puck battle automatically.

Plus I get those awful unintentional interference calls.

Marc Savard scores the crucial game-tying goal with two minutes left in regulation.

StarNotes:
  • Marc Savard had both the game-tying and game-winning goals
  • The defense really tightened itself up today, especially the PK, which killed off a 5-on-3 in OT and even turned the play into a scoring chance
  • The Stars are on a three game winning streak, all won in overtime or a shootout

Marc Savard puts his game-winning overtime goal past Peter Budaj.

Period 1

Penalty DAL Ryan Whitney (Tripping)

Goal COL Darcy Tucker (Wolski, Sakic)
Fistric missed the stick lift and beat Turco on the left side.

Goal DAL Loui Eriksson (Ference)
Wins the ensuing faceoff and comes right down the ice to beat Budaj with the classic backhand deke.

Period 2

Goal DAL Fabian Brunnstrom (Parrish, Sopel)
Gets ahead of three defenders and scores on the backhand deke.

Penalty DAL Trevor Daley (Tripping)

PP Goal COL Darcy Tucker (Hannan, Nycholat)
Gets the puck in the sweet spot as Turco moves out of position and puts it backdoor.

Penalty DAL Fabian Brunnstrom (Tripping)

Period 3

Goal COL Paul Stastny (Clark, Sakic)
Shoots top right and Turco completely misjudges shot.

Goal DAL Marc Savard
Gets a breakaway pass from Morrow late in the period and scores the crucial game-tying goal on a backhand deke shot.

Penalty DAL Stephane Robidas (Cross Checking)

OVERTIME

Penalty DAL Steve Ott (Interference)

Goal DAL Marc Savard (Kovalev, Robidas)
Comes in along the left wing and pulls the classic backhand deke for the clutch OT goal.

Assistant Captain Brenden Morrow congratulates the team after the hard-fought win.
