Theres many ways. I will explain how I do mine:

1. Make Folder in "My Photos" called "Hockey Pics"

2.Go to Google Images or Daylife and search for the pic you want.

3. Hit "Save As" and save it to your "Hockey Pics" photo

4.Go to tinypic.com

5.Hit "Browse" and Double click the photo.

6. Before hitting "Submit" make sure you go to "Size" and tone it down to your liking.

7.hit "Submit"

8. Copy the "Embedded Code" and paste that into your update.
