Firebirds GM Dale Tallon has made two more trades. NHL Network has reported that the Firebirds have traded C Michael Frolik, D Bryan McCabe, and D Michael Caruso to the Carolina Hurricanes for LW Jussi Jokinen, RW Eric Cole, and a 2ND round pick (WSH) in the 2011 draft.

It has also been reported that KC has traded RW Steve Bernier, a 2011 2ND Round Pick (WSH), and another 2011 2ND Round pick (KC) to the Detroit Red Wings for RW Johan Franzen.

I left it out of the highlights but Cole also had a fight and two penalties. Franzen played great I love him on the point for the powerplay. Jokinen didn't really do anything good but nothing bad either. Stafford also scored his first goal as a Firebird.
