Re: An Atlanta Thrashers Dynasty
Moving on to the next month:
Atlanta Thrashers (8-1-1) 1 @ New Jersey Devils (5-2-2) 2 LOSS
-Goals scored by Simmonds (ATL) and Rolston & Madden (NJD)
Florida Panthers (3-2-5) 3 @ Atlanta Thrashers (8-2-1) 6 WIN
*I actually played this one but lost my stats*
-Little with 2 goals
-Kane, Simmonds and Kovalchuk all with one goal and one assist
Filppula is returning to the lineup!
NY Islanders (7-3-2) 2 @ Atlanta Thrashers (9-2-1) 1 LOSS
*Apparently I used the wrong roster file for this dynasty and the teams are filled with CAPs of me and my friends. I hope we don't amount for anything major (like winning trophies or something). I screwed(?) up big time.*
-Hunter scored both goals for the Islanders
-Armstrong scored for the Thrashers
ATL (9-3-1) 2 @ Buffalo Sabres (6-1-5) 3 LOSS
-Kane scored twice and Filppula assisted on both goals
Rangers just tried to offer me a trade of an injured Wade Redden (81ovr) with his HUGE contract for Rich Peverley (who has 4G 4A, with a salary under 2 million)
ATL (9-4-1) 2 @ Carolina Hurricanes (8-4-2) 4 LOSS
-Staal brothers: Jordan with a goal, Eric with an assist on the game winner
-Armstrong scored the other goal for Atlanta, assisted by Filppula who is on a point per game pace following his return
-Fell to the 8th place
Claimed off waivers: Marc-Antoine Pouliot, C
Pouliot has played 6 games in the NHL this season, managing 1 goal and 1 assist with an even plusminus. He will hopefully help my AHL team which is filled with grinders.
Chris Thorburn is ready to play!
Recalled: Spencer Machacek, RW
13 GP in the AHL with 2 goals and 5 points and a +4.
Crabb (7GP, no points, -4) and Sterling (15GP, 3 assists, +4) sent to the Chicago Wolves.
I'm going to play the next game, in which the Thrashers take on the Hurricanes again, this time hopefully with a different result.
Players to watch: Jordan and Eric Staal.
