Canucks outburst the Kings. 4-2 Series

VANCOUVER, BC ---

Great win for the Canucks, where we could've took Game 5, but hence the Kings pushed back hard winning 4-2 in Game 5. But we then took it back in game 6 with a hard win, 2-1.

Daniel Sedin is now 2nd in the lead. The worst part? Alexander Ovechkin has 13 goals and Daniel Sedin only has 9. "We have to make sure he doesn't score, or get any opportunities." Henrik Sedin said.

While the Canucks advanced to the finals once again, the Boston Bruins fall short against Buffalo Sabres, losing 4-3 in the series. Close battle, but no rematch in the finals.

The Sabres faced against the Washington Capitals, but couldn't defeat the Capitals offensive scoring, making the Capitals win the series 4-1. With their huge offensive outbrust, it is likely that we will see a high-scoring game but it can be even possible to have a low scoring game because the Capitals have a decent goalie and decent defensemen.

So my prediction? Canucks win 4-3.

Interview:
Don Cherry and Ron Mclean

Don Cherry: With the win against the Vancouver Canucks, I have to say that they have been mighty strong this year. Despite not the best season, the Canucks have been advancing to the finals the 2nd time now.

Ron: Yeah, Don I agree, Alex Burrows seems to be playing a lot better now, receiving 15 points and is now placed 8th in the NHL playoffs.

Don: Oh now you're complimenting Burrows? Cmon. Now let's talk about Roberto Luongo. This man has been overwhelmed with pressure. Since this is an offensive game, there is to be a lot more scoring but Luongo has been a lot more solid now. I haven't seen him being pulled off more than twice.

Not to mention that he has been getting better every game, 5-4 in game 1, now it's 5-3, in game 2. What's next? 5-2? 5-1? 3-2? We don't know, because this game is tightly packed.

Ron: Yeah that's right Don, and what about the sedins? Have they stepped up this year?

Don: Oh yeah, they have been a lot more tough, not to mention they are arguably the best disciplined players in the league. They haven't been shut down so far in this series, Daniel Sedin scoring 11 goals with Henrik behind with 9 goals. Not to mention, Ryan Kesler is slowing moving up. He has 7 goals and we might see him place 4th!

With the great Game 1 & 2 win, it looks like the Canucks are going back to Home, and this is a great chance for them to win 2 of those home games or at least 1, to make the fans happy.

Ron: Thanks Don, now Luongo in this game was spectacular. He has been stopping 14 shots in the 1st period, despite in giving 3 goals in the 1st period. He has stopped all the other shots in period 2 and 3 giving them a shutout in both of those periods. They couldn't solve Luongo!

Don: Yea, they're great, great forwards and offensive play as well. Not to mention they are damn lucky to have Cody Hoghson, a great player who is disciplined and a very well great leader. Canucks, you are lucky to have him!

Ron: Well, that's it folks, Hockey Night in Canada! We will see you in Game 3 @ HOME CANUCKS!

VANCOUVER WINS 4-3. WHAT A GREAT GAME.

Despite us losing in game 3 and game 5 and 6, we were able to pull of a fantastic win. Down by 3 in the 1st period, no goals in the 2nd period, and then a sudden outburst scoring 5 goals in the third period! The Canucks had enough of being shutout in the finals!

Congratulations to the Canucks on winning the Stanley Cup! Also, congratulations to Daniel Sedin on winning the Conn Smythe Trophy!

The Chicago Wolves have also won the cup, great job! What a huge accomplishment in 2012. We will be looking through with you in the Draft Pick on June 25th!

Canucks News:

With the recent trade for Mason Raymond for Yakupov and O'Brien, we then look for a new forward in our process. Mason Raymond was a great player, but at times he would lose great turnovers that would end up shifting the whole game. We got Shane O'Brien, a very solid defensemen to cover us incase of silly mistakes like that.

With Mason Raymond gone, it fills up a slot, which Jordan Schroder decided to fill in that time. "I think it was a great choice," Mike Gillis explained, "He has never got any experience in NHL except for 1 game, and now here he is. He has a very high potential and I expect a lot from him in the third line."

Cody Hoghson? Not a problem, he has been GREAT this year, hitting 19 points already! He is on pace for a 40 point year! Great Job.
